The largest run in Western Canada dedicated to supporting pancreatic cancer research, advocacy, and support programs.

Pancreatic Cancer Canada’s Run For Survival (formerly known as Kathy’s Run) began in Edmonton in 2011 in honour of Kathy McCollum, who lost her fight with pancreatic cancer. Kathy’s passion for running inspired her friends, family, and colleagues to create this event to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research. In its first year, the goal for the run was to recruit 100 participants and raise $10
