Super limited spots still remain in our first ever CNL Stage 1 Scramble this weekend 🏃‍♂️🏆

We’re bringing this exciting, fast-paced competition format to our athletes for the very first time.

Instead of getting just one shot at a single long course, competitors will have 30 minutes to scramble through five custom mini courses, racing the clock as many times as they like to earn their best possible scores and qualify for Stage 2.

Need a plan for PD Day? Drop your ninja off for a half day or full day of obstacles, challenges and fun. They’ll climb, balance and conquer with friends. Come be part of the very first camp in the new space.

🅿️🚙 Important parking info for the new building!

We’re putting the finishing touches on our new Edmonton building and we can’t wait to welcome you next week! One heads-up before you visit: parking near the building is limited, so we wanted to walk you through your options ahead of time.

Here’s what’s available:
🏟️ Commonwealth Stadium Park and Ride - about a 400m (3-4 minute) walk from the gym. This is your most reliable option, especially during busier times.
🚗16 stalls in front of the building - convenient if you can grab one, but these will fill up fast.
🚙Free 2-hour street parking along 106A Ave - See attached map.

Our best tip: arrive a little early, especially during peak times, so you’ve got time to park and get settled before your session starts.

We’re keeping an eye on the parking situation and will let you know if anything changes.

We can’t wait to have you in the space!
