A super easy protein veggie dip.
🥒 200g plain Greek yogurt
🥒 6 laughing cow cheese (I used garlic and herb flavor)
🥒 garlic salt to taste (I didn’t measure, but likely used a few teaspoons)
I used an electric mixer to blend. Delicious!!
If we assume this is 4 servings, the macros of each serving is:
7.8g protein
2.5g carbs
2.3g fats
62 calories

A great reminder…success takes time. Lasting change takes time.
✅ Set the goal.
✅ Establish tangible habits daily that will compound daily and move you towards that goal.
✅ Put in the time daily and enjoy the process and the outcome.
✅ Keep going!
