It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our friend, beloved coach, and founder of Full Force Fitness, Dustin Cosman. He touched the lives of many and will be missed dearly for his great presence in our hearts. Dustin loved his family and friends deeply so we ask to please allow them the privacy to mourn his loss at this time.

Dear Guests, Friends, and Family,
First off, we would like to apologize for the delay in information. We have received our first update since the last time we made a post. The investigation did not allow anyone to access any information or to gain access to the facility in any way until only recently. We are now starting to take steps to move forward with our insurance but unfortunately we are unable give any update on the timeline as it is currently dependent on the insurance company’s process.
We were able to gain access to the building and what we have learned so far is we unfortunately will not be reopening in this location. However, we do hope to relocate to a new location in the near future.
The next step we are taking is we need to get into the software and get a team to sort through all member accounts. We will be reaching out to all members who paid in full or anyone with credits on file first to decide how they want the account handled. For all other accounts, we will be in contact for your directions.
We kindly thank everyone for your patience. We do apologize in advance for the time it is taking for the accounts to be addressed. We do have a lot of members and need to be sure each one is handled accurately. Rest assured all accounts that pre-paid in full or overpaid will be credited or refunded.
Also, we wanted to mention that the existing equipment will be auctioned off to be replaced with new equipment for a new location.
Lastly we want to express our most heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for always supporting Full Force Fitness.

This post follows the premieres news release posted a few hours ago. It states that it is now prohibited to attend fitness facilities.
We will be open from 9 am to 1 pm ONLY FOR PERSONAL BELONGING PICK-Up. Please be sure to come at this time to collect your belongings in the lockers or in the facility in other any other areas. This applies to Staff, sub contractors, members and guest.
We do sincerely apologize on our part in all of this. We tried our very best to provide a safe environment for Edmonton to stay active and healthy. We can no longer provide that as per the premiers order to prohibit gym use at this time.
We will be pausing all memberships and passes immediately. It how ever does take 4 days to freeze accounts meaning, if payments go through we will have the credit on file when we reopen. You will not be charged for time you were not able to access the facility.
We will be watching live news updates continually to ensure we are doing what we can again to provide a safe environment to exercise. We will reopen when this is again a safe environment to exercise as soon as possible.
