IQ Muaythai, K-1 & Boxing

Muaythai teaches all aspects and styles of Muaythai, in order to best prepare the fighter for any adversity in the ring. IQ Muaythai does not only place a full emphasis on learning technique-- but also equate teachings to fight strategy and mentality throughout every second spent in the ring-- in order to further supplement the mental edge and confidence required to fight Muaythai. IQ Muaythai is not a gym that just "trains" people, but attempts to imprint authentic and EFFECTIVE technique into every student, every lesson. Come learn all styles provided in the gym, which include:

1. Muay Maat- the forward-moving, agressive fighter who specializes in punches and low kicks to defeat his/her opponent.

2. Muay Tae- the kick specialist, using powerful techniques with the Tibia(shin) or foot, to defeat their opponent.

3. Muay Khao- the forward moving fighter who attempts to walk his opponent down and deliver devastating knees and manipulate their opponent in the clinch in an efficient and sometimes, safer manner. Muay Fimeu- the calm, composed fighter who relies on the trickiness, mentality, and counter-fighting by using every technique-- in order to buy time, and energy throughout the eventual (and theoretical) victory. This style tends to bring out some of the most beautiful moments the sport has to offer, and is very eye-opening to spectators of the sport, a personal favorite style at the gym.

5. Western boxing- Come learn the "sweet science" of western boxing. Use both fists with dexterity, strategy and POWER to dominate your opponent. Use your feet to manipulate your advantages around the target and their strikes to gain an advantage-- further surprising, and devastating your opponent. IQ Muaythai is available to all skill levels who are willing to commit to Muaythai study.

****DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: IQ Muaythai will have a limited intake of students in each training session. As the gym grows, additional intake sessions will be provided throughout alternate days of the week to assure every student is given undivided attention, and full comprehensive Muaythai study. ****
