True Yoga YA 200 hr Teacher Training

Join us for our 2022 Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training. We include the 8 limbs of Patanjali, Asanas relevant to your own specific practice , Mysore practice style intro, Ayurveda, Anatomy, Pranayama, some meditation and chanting, and an intro to Sanskrit and Yoga philosophy. Our focus is to also help you to start teaching comfortably in your own style , with lots of practical teaching time.

8 weekends plus a 40 hr intensive ( or 2 more weekends). Please note that weekend times are Fridays 5 - 9 pm , Saturdays and Sundays 8 - 5 pm. Lunch breaks and short breaks included.

Our 2020 teacher trainees just finished their training in June ! They were the first " covid class " and we had started our training before Covid hit. We had to adapt very quickly and they rose beautifully to the challenge ! Here are some photos of their journey pre and post Covid ... congratulations Julia, Barbara, Mike and Jen !

This is what teacher training looks like right now ! This group has adapted beautifully to the change and we now communicate via Zoom with one student 10 ft away doing the demonstrations!
