Welcome to River Cree, Bryan Trottier!

Trottier, one of the NHL's greatest, stopped by to sign his poster on our Indigenous Wall of Honour: a display dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the achievements of indigenous hockey players who have achieved the highest levels of the sport.

Inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1997, Trottier won 6 Stanley Cups as a member of the New York Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins, and won again in 2001 as an assistant coach with the Colorado Avalanche. His career also saw him earning the Art Ross, Conn Smythe, Calder, Hart, and King Clancy trophies, and was named one of the NHL's top 100 players of all time!

Thank you for stopping in, Bryan!
