In August, I hit the road for a couple of unforgettable adventures—nearly 5,000 km travelled in just two weeks.

Week one was all about R&R in Montana with the little wifey. For week two; things got a lot more ambitious.

For the first time ever, I headed into the Chilcotins—solo—with a brand-new co-pilot by my side. We rolled out of the mighty town of Williams Lake, pointed the Jeep west toward the coastal mountains, and just drove.

No itinerary.
No plan.
Just the road ahead.

How far did we get? Did we run out of Gas? Did we have to shoot a Bear??

In July my pal Danny & I went on a trip to British Columbia. The plan was to hit up some trails in the Kootenay's. I really didn't have a plan as it was my first time in most of these areas; so a few trails were skipped due to our tight schedule, but we did manage to find a bunch of mines, switchbacks, epic panoramas...and maybe even some squatch!

Not exactly how we wanted the series to end, but it definitely goes out with a bang and one of the most entertaining IFMAR Worlds I ever had the pleasure of attending.

I cannot thank Todd Mattson & the rest of Pro-Line enough for giving me this oportunity to bring the exciting world of Professional R/C Car Racing to the masses during its' peak. A huge shout out to Jason Ruona & Spencer Rivkin for convincing me to finish off the final episode. This is some of my best work; and I really enjoyed finishing this one off over the past few months. I made some great memories and even better friends along the way; I miss you all and who knows, maybe I will be similarly convinced to show up in Thornhill next year 😛
