Onto some new things coming up as I transition into another chapter of my life. 💫☄️🌠
As I reflect on my life when I was at my favourite place to be - I want to help others on moving forward with their lives. I’ve learned so much on this journey of branding, creating, grief in many forms , and how are bodies keep the score.
Physical, mental, and spiritual reset is where it is at- to regulate our nervous systems to move forward with power and focus with love.
