You don't stop moving because you get older. You get older because you stop moving.
Our Legends program is designed specifically for adults 55+ who want to stay strong, active, and mobile for years to come. Whether your goal is keeping up with your grandkids, enjoying a round of golf, traveling with confidence, or simply getting up and down from the floor without thinking twice, strength training is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your future.
Every workout in the Legends class is coached, scaled to your ability, and focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. No intimidation. No experience required. Just a welcoming community of people who want to feel better, move better and stay strong enough to do the things you love.
Ready to see what you're capable of or know someone who would benefit from strength training? Send us a message or book a No Sweat Intro to learn more about Legends 55+.

Personal Training isnât about being too weak for class. Itâs about having someone whose entire job, for one hour, is you. Your form. Your goals. Your comeback from that injury. Your why. If youâve been curious, this is your sign. Link in bio for a No Sweat Intro.

To every dad in our community: the early mornings, the âone more round,â the kid watching you do hard things and learning that they can too, we see it. The strongest thing you model isnât a number on the bar. Itâs showing up. Happy Fatherâs Day from all of us at Black Tusk. đ¤

Don't feel like training today? Neither did half the class (including your coaches).
Hereâs the thing weâve noticed after years of coaching (and exercising): the days you least want to show up are usually the ones that matter most. Not because of the workout itself, but because of what showing up says about who youâre becoming. Putting in the work, even when it isnât fun, gets you one step closer to seeing yourself as a person who takes action, a person that keeps moving forward and can do hard things.
You donât have to love it. You just have to come. Weâll handle the rest once youâre here.
See you in class.
