Competition Team Training Begins September 12!
Hi everyone,
We’re excited to get our Competition Team training started for the new season on Saturday, September 12!
🥋 BJJ Competition Team Training: 9:30 AM
📋 Competition Team Meeting: 11:30 AM
🥋 Taekwondo Competition Team Training: 12:00 PM
We’ll have a quick meeting at 11:30 AM for all Competition Team athletes to go over the expectations, commitment, training requirements, and goals for the upcoming season.
If you’re planning to be part of the BJJ or Taekwondo Competition Team this season, please make every effort to attend the meeting.
We’re looking forward to a great season and getting everyone back to work!
