Man-Made Strength and Conditioning We are a family of athletes, of all shapes and sizes, that work together to become stronger, faster, healthier human beings.

Man-Made Strength and Conditioning was born out of a passion for sport and a determination to combine results driven training with comradery, fulfillment and fun. You won’t find treadmills, elliptical machines or mirrors here. We use rowers, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells and body weight to reach our fitness goals. Whether you’re training to compete at an elite level or simply looking to get active, our community will offer the motivation and support to succeed.

Heart of the Hustle Award Winner:
This is one of those awards that means so much to us. Acknowledging athletes who go the extra mile, that make competing extra special, and make the environment even more memorable is such a huge part of why we do this. This years heart of the hustle went to Brandy!

Brandy competing with you is a joy, thank you for showing up the way you do!

The next group of people is our volunteers and judges, this competition literally couldn’t happen without you!
