Here's what I've learned after teaching Reiki for years...

The people who finally sign up almost always say the same thing afterwards.
"I wish I had done this sooner."

Not because Reiki magically fixes everything, but because it changes the relationship you have with yourself.

You begin listening differently, trusting yourself more, finding moments of calm that weren't there before and yes, you'll learn how to offer Reiki to others too.

There are a lot of men walking around carrying more than anyone realizes.

The pressure to provide, stress of work, the responsibility of family.

Then there are the things they never talk about, the grief they never had time to feel, the anger that just feels stuck... at some point, all of that has to go somewhere.

This Saturday at 1:00 pm, we're creating a space where it finally can.

Men's Reset is a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork experience designed specifically for men.

A chance to breathe, to be men with other men, to let your body release what your mind has been trying to carry, to quiet the noise.

Just 2 hours can leave you feeling clearer, lighter, and a little more like yourself again.

We do not only think our worthiness wounds. We feel them.

Those feelings are uncomfortable, so we avoid feeling them. This limits us so much because we avoid anything that might make us feel these feelings. So we don’t take risks, try new things, try to make new friends, speak up, create something new...

We feel them in the tight chest when someone is disappointed in us. The stomach drop when we need to say no. The heat in the face when we feel seen. The bracing when we try to rest. The way we hold our breath while we wait to find out if we have been chosen. We do not like feeling those things, so we just avoid situations in which we might have to feel them.

This program is not only to realize your worth but to get more comfortable with feeling discomfort so that we can live our lives in a more full and expressive way.

This is just one of the things I talk about in week 1 of Enough, Actually. We begin at 7pm tonight (Monday)

This is one of the most personal programs I've ever created. It starts Monday. Tomorrow night.

For years I thought I just needed to become more confident, more productive, or better at balancing everything. What I eventually realized was that underneath it all was a relationship with my own worth.

Enough, Actually isn't about becoming someone different. It's about learning to relate to yourself differently. Through gentle teachings, restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices and reflection, we'll explore what it really means to feel worthy, not just understand the idea of it.

If you've been putting yourself last, constantly questioning yourself, or feeling like you should be happier than you are, I'd love to have you join us.

The moon moves through a full cycle every month, and each phase invites something different.

A time to begin.
A time to build.
A time to reflect.
A time to release.
A time to listen.

MoonWise is a 4-week outdoor series where we will move through the full lunar cycle together, beginning with the New Moon and ending with the Full Moon, with the waxing and waning quarter moons along the way.

Each week, we’ll gather in Kingwood Park for discussion, meditation, journaling, ritual, reflection, and simple intuitive practices to help you work with the moon in a grounded, meaningful way.

No astrology experience needed. No pressure to know the moon phases. Just come curious, bring a journal, something to sit on, and an open mind.

Weather permitting, we’ll meet outside at Kingwood Park. If needed, we’ll move indoors to Above Average Wellness. You’ll receive a text each week at 5:00pm confirming the location.
