Today marks my 20th year as a professional personal trainer! Never did I think a part-time trainer job as a university student would turn into a 20-year career. I am so grateful to be a part of thousands of peoples lives. The most rewarding thing about this job is to see the transformation. From being super-injured to being super-fit. Thank you all for allowing me to be a part of your journey. Special thanks goes out to Benson for being such a terrific mentor. The RSS model alone, has helped me change hundreds of bad backs, and bad shoulders into properly functioning body parts that many people have thanked me for. I am extremely blessed to be in this industry for so long. Thank you all!
