South East Calgary Clubs are back for winter/spring basketball and soccer sessions!
We are very excited to be playing, growing, and journeying together once again to have fun, grow in skill and character, and be transformed by Jesus. This will be an amazing time to explore the goodness and glory of God, what He is teaching us, and how we should respond.

Saying goodbye to 2025 by reflecting on our South East 🏀 and ⚽ academies. What a great joy to play, grow and encounter God together.
Thankful for moments of learning and sacrifices made on and off the court by our volunteer team. And biggest thanks to our God who has given and continues to give us these precious spaces and opportunities to remember His goodness and love.
Can't wait for winter programs to begin!

All this fresh snow has got us thinking about summer.
We wrapped up our Peace Country Prep Clinics at the end of October.
It is encouraging to see our participants grow as athletes and people in such a short period of time. Even better, many involved have expressed interest in adding more local youth activities to their future schedules. Even more exciting than that, one student gave their life to Jesus!
Thanks to all who help make our northern programs possible. And please keep our athletes in your prayers 🙌🏼

How to coach the whole person, and what we call the Total Athlete:
1. Physical - Train fundamental skills for sport and life.
2. Emotional - Teach how to regulate emotions on and off the field.
3. Mental - Form a healthy way of thinking about winning and losing.
4. Social - Shape a culture that brings life to all.
5. Spiritual - Inspire others to trust Jesus before, through, and after results.
Developing the requires an intentional coaching plan! It requires integrating faith and sport to lead your youth into the person God created them to be.

Galatians 5:22-26 reads...
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there. Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another.

Our 2025 Three Hills Homeschool Sport Fundamentals Club with Coach Eric wrapped up last week!
21 kids, a handful of amazing volunteers, too many smiles to count, small groups, prayer, More Than A Game teaching sessions, all over 7 fun weeks.
