So great to get the new edition of book “One Game at a Time” and a bonus he signed my copy!
I have love Harnarayan’s style of commentary and he brings an important piece to the game! Love seeing the beautiful game growing!
I am so proud of my self for this one! Last time I attempted a pr was late in 2019 just before the pandemic hit. Back then I was able to pull 385lbs
Even though I could not train nearly as consistently as I would have liked too. I still put in the effort when gyms were open.
Well I tried a pr today and I was so fu***ng pumped to jack up my 1rm by 40lbs and able to pull a big 425lbs!!!!
You know what go me!! 😂😂

I just gotta say I am super proud of this guy
After 1 month of working together has lost a crazy 13 pounds! He is absolutely killing it!
And yes this includes domes bachelor parties and some weddings, it just goes to show that yes you can still enjoy your live and lose weight.
By implementing consistently working out 4 days a week and eating in a caloric deficit, Ethan has been able to still enjoy the things he loves to do while improving his overall health!
