You just woke up

Don’t try to predict how your life will unfold

Focus on the things you want to see in life

Focus on the feeling of relief that you might have felt during this post and realize that nothing outside of yourself created this feeling for you

Your BIGGEST roadblock on making your next investment is never about the money - it’s about your trust in yourself to make an ROI.. (return on your investment)
Investing in myself always made me more money than it costed me because I know how to extract a ROI from ANYTHING I do.
I’ve hired coaches hourly for $50 up to $2500 for a single zoom call - BOTH could have been FLOPS if I let them.
When you view your life and your business through the lense of understanding duality (ego work), having acceptance for what it takes to grow and transcend, you will be able to quickly pivot from any circumstance. Starts with your ability to structure your business with AUTOMATED SYSTEMS + CONTRACTS
I’m talking about systems that you can set up to withdraw automatically from a clients payment source on the date you have agreed upon (you cannot and should not set up payment plans that require you to manually withdraw)
& I’m talking about contracts that legally bind your clients to completion of payments as well as contracts that help your clients understand their payment schedule, the fees added on top, and what the final amount will be

Hear me OUT when I say this 👇
Until you heal your own relationship to your life and business you won’t be willing to see how your own limitations and perspective are actually what are holding you back from your next level.
Until you heal your desire to be deeply seen by someone who can validate your “pain” from your lack of success and to be seen by someone who “gets it” you will be blocking yourself from success.
Until you stop BONDING with people over your lack of success in life you won’t experience the amount of success that is required to end the opportunity to actually be successful.
Until you realize that you can HOLD the projections of everyone else who has their own wounds and recognize that it has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU, you will secretly block your success.
I say this with love, don’t let anyone validate your ways of being.
Find someone who triggers you into change from a place of not needing to relate with you and your struggles in order to be someone you want to confide in.
Whether it be a coach, friend, mentor, or partner, make your relationships EXTREMELY intentional this year, and don’t bond with anyone who has a mindset you want to run away from.

🚨ATTENTION HEALTH COACHES 🚨
The results are IN.
For 2023 in Canada the average yearly income for a personal trainer was around $47k
And for nutrition coaches it was slightly higher at $68k
For hybrid coaches and personal brands and service providers that make waves in their industries? Well I personally know 10 in my close circle making 100k+. (No real stats on this)
The reason why I’m sharing this is because I believe the average for any service provider should be much higher and I want to make it my mission to contribute to that and I believe hybrid coaching and personal branding is the way to more income.
I know how hard coaches across this industry work to get their clients incredible results…
. and I know that this life changing work that we do truly deserves to be recognized in the form of monetary gain.
I believe wholeheartedly that if coaches and service providers are paid more they will provide more life changing results for their clients because that’s the beautiful thing of energetic exchange.
Hybrid coaching isn’t about being a personal trainer, nutrition coach, AND jack of all trades, it’s about learning how to leverage YOUR UNIQUE SKILLS, your PERSONAL BRAND and being able to use that to your advantage when it comes to your market positioning and your overall success.
Being a hybrid coach is saying YES to learning how to be the best at what you do while building yourself a personal brand that expands past your skill set in the service you provide.
It’s about building value in WHO YOU ARE AS AN INDIVIDUAL so that YOUR SKILLS TRANSCEND PAST what your certification allows you to do.

There’s no waiting or second guessing here when it comes to making things happen this year.
Not for me, and certainly not for anyone around me or anyone who invests in working with me.
