I really believe that iodine is a missing piece in SO many individuals quest for good health. πŸ™ŒπŸ»

We are living in an iodine deficient state and it’s reflective in the rise of so many cancers affecting the endocrine glands (breast, ovarian, prostate), thyroid issues, painful menstrual cycles, fertility issues, cysts formation on so many woman’s breast and ovaries, and so much more.

Are requirement for iodine has just gone up since our exposure to toxic chemicals like fluoride and bromide has increased.

This is definitely worth looking into if you want to improve your health and prevent against the conditions mentioned above πŸ€“

It’s important to prioritize sleep because it has a direct impact on how our body utilizes glucose. The worse we sleep, the more likely we are to store energy as fat. When this occurs on a continuous basis, the body is becoming more insulin resistant and is unable to efficiently burn energy.

The studies show poor breathing habits (in the case of sleep apnea) are correlated with diabetes/insulin resistance.

This is a vicious cycle that can be broken by improving breathing while sleeping (refer to my last post on mouth taping), and reducing blood sugar spikes that lead to insulin resistance.

Although we all have to pay the bills, there is absolutely no reason to put your health last on the totem pole.

When we are healthy, everything around us grows…our relationships, business, job opportunities, the next generation grows healthy.

We have a choice every day:
1. Prioritizing habits that lead to better health
2. Continuing with habits that lead to poor health
