✨ CLIENT TRANSFORMATION: KIM ✨
At 60 years old, Kim made a decision that completely changed her life.
Not because she felt confident.
Not because it was easy.
But because she knew something had to change. ❤️
When Kim first walked into Thrive Transformation Studio, she described herself as being in the worst shape of her life. Her body ached daily. She struggled with shortness of breath walking the dogs, wore ankle and knee braces, and her A1C levels were in a pre-diabetic range.
Today?
🔥 30.9 lbs lost
🔥 11.5% body fat lost
But the numbers only tell part of the story.
"It has changed everything about me. I don't recognize myself."
Kim now wakes up excited to come to class. She feels strong, capable, and confident. She handles stress differently, plans ahead, and consistently shows up for herself.
What inspires us most is that she didn't wait for the perfect time or circumstances.
She simply started.
One workout.
One habit.
One decision at a time.
As someone living a vegan lifestyle, Kim also learned how important protein, hydration, balanced nutrition, and consistency truly are.
"Being vegan is not an obstacle. It's a different way of achieving the same results." 💪🌱
Through training, accountability, and nutrition coaching, she learned how to fuel her body in a way that supported both her health and her goals.
But perhaps the most powerful thing Kim shared was this:
❤️ "My commitment to myself. I matter to me."
That is the real transformation.
Not just the weight loss.
Not just the physical changes.
The confidence.
The energy.
The belief in yourself again.

Designed for youth ages 10–15 years old, this program is focused on helping youth:
