Did you know that we have 3 different options when it comes to classes?

We have our recreational classes, which run for 45 minutes a week and perform at our Christmas Concert and Year End Recital.
We have festival classes, which run for 45 minutes a week and perform at the Year End Recital and 1 Competition in the spring.
And we have competitive classes, which run for an hour a week and perform at the Year End Recital and at 3 competitions in the spring.

You don't need to be a dancer or have any dance experience to join these classes! We focus on movement basics and having fun!

We are so excited to have Lyssa back at the studio this fall with her Sunday Gentle Flow classes!

This class is for all levels, and lends the opportunity for you to personalize your own practice so that the class meets you where you're at. This class focuses on feel-good stretches, strength and movement.
