🔥📣BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!📣🔥

To decide the winner of the 2026 Ontario Paintball League Player of The Year, there will be a 1-on-1 finale during the lunch break at Canada Cup, where spectators can cheer on their favorite MVP and see who will come out on top! To celebrate this epic showdown, the OPL and Royal City Seadogs will be doing a PRIZE TOSS by the bleachers before the matches start, so make sure to show up!

Some brief details:

- 2 min points
- Best 2 out of 3
- Random draw to determine matchups
- Winner takes all

The four MVP's will be competing for a chance to take home over $1000 in prizes, the 2026 OPL Player of The Year trophy and will earn bragging rights as the top competitor in the Premier Division. Who do you think is going to win?! Comment below!

The 2026 Ontario Paintball League Event 4 MVP

Austin Kaus (Austin)

Once again Devious takes the top spot of the Premier Division, as they proved their talented and hungry roster were ready to fight against any team who stood in their way. One player in particular contributed on and off the field, putting the team on his back and being a true leader for his squad throughout the entire tournament. That would be none other than Austin Kaus. Austin has become a household name in the Ontario tournament scene, as he proved his worth this weekend by showcasing skillful paintball and teamwork to ultimately win the fourth event in dominant fashion with a 5-0 victory against Cold Blooded Premier in finals. Congratulations Austin on your MVP performance, winning a Parlour PB care package and a spot at the overall 2026 OPL Player of The Year award.

With all 4 MVP's chosen, stay tuned as we head into the final event (CANADA CUP 🍁🏆) where only one of the four MVP's will be crowned the best of the best for the 2026 OPL season.

RIFT WALKERS was a BLAST!🌀💥

Though I can't find pics of me actually playing, this year was a top notch event at Wasaga Beach Paintball Adventure. Epic tank runs, intense battles across all fields, fun missions, great weather and overall a successful day for the Blue Team who took home the win!

I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Ntensity Customs for everything they provide for the players. Not only did they make a sweet custom jersey for me, the amount of support they give to the paintball community is honestly some of the best I've seen in a long time.

Can't wait until next year for another epic Big Game!

The 2026 Ontario Paintball League Event 3 MVP

Justin Gravel-vallee (Justin Gravel-vallee)

Cold blooded was putting up a fight against every team they faced, playing under pressure and applying aggressive moves when needed to go all the way and win event three of the premier division. All players made major contributions towards their win, but Justin Gravel-vallee stood out as the most dominant snake attacker the entire tournament. He played with a mindset to win points, create chaos for his opponents and truly be a versatile weapon on the field, which he proved by single handedly eliminating the entire team during a comeback point in the finals against Attrition Paintball Team. Congratulations Justin on winning the 2026 OPL Event 3 MVP with a Primal Headgear mystery box, and earning a chance at the overall OPL Player of The Year award.

With two more events to go, only one more MVP will be selected from Event 4 for a chance to win the POTY award. Who will it be?!

The 2026 Ontario Paintball League Event 2 MVP

Brendan O'Brien (brendan)

Brendan O'Brien has become a key component to the Wasaga Adventure Park Beach Boyz success, but this past event proved that he is a true difference maker for his team when needed most. Brendan's off the break shooting, high paintball IQ mindset, consistent reliability and high-level fundamentals were on full display this past weekend, as Brendan played nearly every point and stepped up big during their overtime win against attrition paintball camp, closing out the two-on-two in dramatic fashion to take home first place and put the Beach Boyz back on top in the Premier Division. Congratulations Brendan O'Brien on earning the Event 2 MVP as well as a chance at the OPL Player of The Year award.

2025 Ontario Paintball League Player of The Year spotlight

⭐Matheus Batista⭐ ()

Matheus was the people's champ for the 2025 OPL season, earning the most votes out of all the nominees and representing the Toronto Chargers to the fullest by playing his heart out and being a respectful individual among the paintball community. His dedication to the game of paintball has put others on notice, showing that hardwork and perseverance can bring you success and recognition at the top level. Coming from Brazil and now competing in the highest division of Canadian tournament paintball, Matheus is always practicing and working on his craft to not only be the best player he can be, but also work alongside his teammates to become a true threat at every event they play.

Keep it up Matheus, and congratulations on winning the 2025 OPL POTY award. Who is going to take his place for the 2026 season? Stay tuned and find out!
