It takes a village (or just one very determined group of teachers with a packed trunk) to make yoga in the park happen! Over 11 years ago this started with an idea I had to share this beautiful space and practice, bringing our community together.

Before the deep breaths and final savasana, there is a lot of heavy lifting (literally!) Since the first day, creating this outdoor sanctuary for you all is one of our absolute favourite summer things to do. 💜🧘💖☀️

At Spark Yoga we understand that everybody needs a little something different to stay motivated and to fit their classes in. That’s why we offer a combination of series sign up classes and our usual ad hoc schedule of single sign up classes.

Series classes for Sept-Nov are up and open for sign up (pssst…look under Courses) and so are all our regular classes for September. Enjoy a little savings until the series sign up closes Sept. 11.

🐣Early-ish Bird Flow - designed to wake you up gently and get your energy flowing for your day.

🐥Early Bird Flow - get the jump on your day, as this class eases you into a steady flow to get your energy flowing.

🔥Hot Pilates - Breathe deep, move strong, and embrace the heat in this updated version of traditional Pilates, blending mindful movement with powerful core work to create balance, strength, and flexibility.

Your registration entitles you to attend all 8 classes within the series you sign up for, with the option of 1 make-up class. This gives you the flexibility to miss any 1 class and still the value of your investment. Because let’s face it - sometimes life happens and we need to adjust. STUDENT HIGHLIGHT✨❤💫

Meet Jacqueline - aka Jackie, aka Jacks! However you know her is to love her. 💜

🧘‍♀️Jackie is not only a dedicated yogi, but also a dedicated friend, partner, dog momma and community member. Whether she's had a full day of work or a relaxing day at the beach, she walks into the studio with a smile on her face and ready to take on the energy of the class.

🫶Fun fact, a favourite little quirk of ours with Jacks is that more than once she's walked into the studio thinking she signed up for particular class and when the teacher informs her it is a totally different class with a different energy, with a little chuckle she says "Oh, okay. Well, I like that one too! That's great!" and then she strolls on into the studio ready to take it on.

💪She's strong, curious, focused and pretty much a Spark Yoga OG! It is evident that Jacqueline has truly devoted her mind and body to her practice, both on and off her mat. That's a true yogi. Thanks for being a part of our journey, we feel priveledged to be a part of yours 💖

We are so thrilled to have Christopher & Iselin back for Yin Song. This creative and unique event sells out every year. Coming all the way from Byron Shire of Northern NSW, Australia, and ❤️Weaving their love of Yoga, Cacao and Music, they have heart-fully created Yin Song; a 2 hour journey into mind, body, heart and spirit.✨

This beloved and renowned immersive event combines the deep stillness of yin yoga with live 432 hz music, ceremonial cacao, and our signature and unique
sound journey. With only a few select stops across Ontario, we are honoured to host them in Elora.

Yin Song is an integrated journey of yin yoga, live music, cacao blessing, and sound bath, gently weaving restorative asana and meditation with the healing
vibrations of sound and song.

Their intention is to create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that enriches the senses, nourishes body, mind and spirit, and leaves you feeling
revitalised, balanced, and harmonious.
