Today was an incredible day at Forest Hills Private School! We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Justin for visiting us all the way from Oklahoma and for sharing his passion and invaluable expertise with our students. Justin's interactive session on hunting, tracking, and mastering a bow was both thrilling and educational. He not only imparted his knowledge but also set up a trail camera on our property in hopes of capturing the beauty of our forest and its inhabitants. The highlight was discovering various animal tracks with Justin, giving our kids an up-close look at wildlife in our very own backyard and also teaching our older students on how to safely shoot a bow and arrow. Additionally, his demonstration of hunting tools, teaching about deer calls, and lures was a unique experience that sparked a deeper appreciation for nature and its wonders.
