Traditional Kyokushin Karate (IKOK-C) in Enderby BC. Classes focus on basic techniques, movement, kata, self defense, and sparring. Open to AL Fortune Students.
Classes run Mondays and Thursdays from 3:45 - 5:15. Registration fee required.
