Well folks thats it for season 30.
Was a great all be it shortened, 30th season.
Congrats to everyone that graded this season.
Best wishes to Sempai Izzy and our buddy Blake on their University adventures in the fall! We will miss you but hope to see you both on zoom once in a while.
As for our cool Karate-fit Ladies.. Keep in touch and we will possibly get organized for some more work outs this summer starting in July, as well, the regular Karate group may also join us.
Other wise we will see you all in September starting on the 7th for season 31!
Have a great summer break and dont forget Karate doesnt take holidays! Keep training!

A very proud and yet sad day for Sensei Lisa and myself. These two amazing students [ Sempai Izzy, & Blake] get promoted and yet are also graduating high school and are off to university. So very happy and proud of them both, and very grateful to have contributed a small part of their journey.
Sensei Lisa and i wish them both all the success they can handle as we know they will accomplish great things.
Looking forward to seeing how they make a difference in the world.

Next week will be the final two days of classes for this season, both for Karate and the Ladies Karate-fit course.
On behalf of Sensei Lisa and I, we would like to thank you for all of your efforts, loyalty, laughs and sweat this season.
I will keep everyone in the loop if we have a chance to do some summer training in the park. If we do it would be early mornings either Saturdays or Sundays, around 7am, to avoid the summer heat.
Otherwise have a great summer and we will see you all again starting September 7th 2026 for season 31!

Well final grading of the season is done.
Sensei Lisa and I are extremely proud of this group of hard working people. Those that graded and those that didnt.
Very focused on their Karate journey and not just getting belts.
