🔥 Tricep Pushdowns 🔥
• Setup: Rope or straight bar on a high pulley. Grip pronated (palms down) or neutral (palms facing in).
• Position: Slight lean forward, back straight, shoulders set back.
• Movement: Only your forearms move—keep those upper arms locked in!
• Range: Push all the way down to straight arms, then come up just past 90° to keep tension 🔥
• Tempo: Slow + controlled on the way up—no swinging!
💪 Focus on control, not just weight. Feel that burn!
