The Town of Foam Lake is seeking a concession operator for the Foam Lake Recreation Centre. From hockey games and public skating to tournaments and community events, the concession is a gathering place where memories are made and friendships are built.

📅 Proposal Deadline: September 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

Interested businesses, organizations, groups, or individuals are encouraged to apply.

Email [email protected] or stop by the Town Office to pick up a physical copy of the Request for Proposal Package, which includes the application to submit.

The town office will be closed on Monday, September 7, to observe Labour Day 🌟

We're looking to gauge interest in bringing more pickleball opportunities to Foam Lake! If enough people are interested, we will explore securing a regular playing time at the Foam Lake Community Hall.

Whether you're an experienced player or have never picked up a paddle before, we'd love to hear from you!

The Recreation Centre Concession Operator Tender deadline is fast approaching.

🍔 Every great rink memory starts at the concession.

For so many of us, growing up meant spending countless hours at the rink. Whether it was after practice, between games, or while cheering from the stands, a trip to the concession for a classic rink burger, fries, or a treat was all part of the tradition.

Now, we're looking for a new concession operator to help keep those memories—and that tradition—alive for the next season.

The Town of Foam Lake invites proposals from businesses, organizations, community groups, or individuals interested in operating the concession at the Foam Lake Recreation Centre on a 2-year contract.

The Recreation Centre is a seasonal facility that hosts hockey, public skating, bonspiels, tournaments, rentals, and other community events. The successful proponent will provide quality food services while maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-friendly operation.

This success would not have been possible without the incredible team of volunteers working behind the scenes. From committee members who dedicated countless hours to planning and organizing, to volunteers who addressed invitations, answered phones, and stepped up whenever an extra hand was needed, your commitment and hard work made all the difference.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the Foam Lake Elks for their support and involvement in helping ensure the lotto reached its 31st year. Your partnership is greatly appreciated.
