Fort St. James Snowmobile Club. The Fort St. James Snowmobile & ATV Club promotes responsible and safe usage of the trail systems around Fort St. James. Government, that we take care of.

James Snowmobile & ATV Club is continuing its commitment to provide and promote safe activities for all users of our trails, by focusing on improvements and maintenance of our network of trails as well as hosting snowmobile &ATV events.

*Club History:
The Fort St. James Snowmobile Club was started in 1972 and became a society in 1998. At that time we purchased the old 81 acre fairgrounds for our club house. We are now currently located at 11799 Dickenson Loop road, and have a new clubhouse that was constructed by the members. We have been grooming the local trails in the area with volunteers for 40 years. We presently have 300kms of trail tenured with the B.C. We raise funds to cover out operating costs, by having Winter and Summer poker rides. These poker rides are supported by people from Prince George, Vanderhoof, Fraser Lake, Burns Lake, MacKenzie, Tumbler Ridge and Fort St. We are always improving our trail network by building bridges and adding new trails. These trails are used by ATV's, hikers, horseback riders, mountain bikers, cross country skiers, snowmobiles and dog sledders. We support the local dog mushers, Caledonia Classic dog races that use our trails for training and to bring competitors from all over western Canada, Territories and Washington state,
