2027 I will be back, some things will change but I have been working behind the scenes the last few months on some things I’m excited to bring into the next season.

Wishing everyone a safe and healthy winter🤍

2026 Bonnie’s Top Work Ethic Award

Congratulations to Kaylee Closson

Kaylee continues to be a great student, hard worker and very coachable rider. This year she has stepped up to help me with camps and keep the barn running smoothly. Always willing to grab a wheelbarrow, pitchfork or put a horse away at the end of the night.

I am so proud of this kid and her willingness to try new things, ride new horses and take on a new direction in riding because she knows it makes her a more well rounded athlete.

Congratulations Kaylee on another amazing accomplishment!

Bonnie’s Top Work Ethic Award: Awarded to the student that shows dedication both in and out of the saddle. I offer opportunities for working students but also take into consideration how a student dedicates themselves outside of lessons to their sport.
In recognition of our one and only barn favourite Bonnie, who will forever be my top work ethic winner!

Amazing job today Brooklyn & Bonnie!
Brooklyn has been coming for lessons the last 2 months and it’s been so great to see her gain independence in the saddle!

Glad to have Bonnie back for the kiddos this week 🤍

10/18/2026

For the final week of the season I am excited to bring Bonnie back into the string!
Only for light work and trail rides, our favourite unicorn has done very well with some beta test rides and seems to show no discomfort around her head area; she is genuinely happy to see me at the gate for her work commitments and treats

Welcome back Bonnie

Important note: Bonnie has served AV Equestian for 4 years and myself for 15, in 2027 I am planning to find this old lady a suitable replacement that matches her size, temperament and student level
Bonnie’s full retirement is among us 🤍 and at this time I’m not sure how much if at all I will be asking of her in 2027
