New at Fort Strength: drop-in strength sessions.

Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am to start, with more times added as demand grows. Bring your own program, work through it at your own pace, and a coach is on the floor the whole time to spot, adjust, and answer questions. Pay per session and come when it fits your week, or grab a 3-pack and save a bit on each visit.

Capped at 9 people, so you'll always get access to equipment.

Don't have a program to follow yet? We've got a 4-week, 2-day plan ready to go via our workout app, and it's discounted if you're joining us at 10am. Ask the coach at the session or send a message and we'll get you set up before your first session.

Book here: https://fort-strength-inc-1.gymdesk.com/schedule

Want to see the space first? Come by the open house this Saturday September 12 from 11am-5pm, walk the floor, and check out the racks, benches, and free weights you'll be working with at drop-in.

See you Saturday, or Wednesday! 💪

Private personal training at Fort Strength.

Whether you're brand new to lifting, coming back after time away, or ready for more structure in your training, one-on-one coaching is the fastest way to get there safely.

Two coaches now train clients out of FS:

🔶 Sarah Provost, BSc, CSEP-CPT, NASM-CES. Owner of the Fort Strength facility and ProvyFit Personal Training.
🔸Corrective exercise, longevity-focused strength, and prenatal and postnatal training. Sarah's coaching starts with a deep understanding of movement, because good movement quality is what keeps strength gains coming for decades. Every program is built around your history, your goals, and the pace that fits your life.

🔶 Amey Stahl, ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
🔸Independent coach at FS with a background in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Having personally navigated injuries and setbacks while continuing to pursue strength and sport, Amey brings an understanding, and supportive approach to her coaching. ➡️ Are you a certified trainer looking for a place to work with your clients? FS runs an independent trainer model. Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

Strength training becomes even more necessary during certain life stages, not less.

Pregnancy, postpartum, the years when your kid is small and your body is doing all the carrying. Those are the stretches people most often step back from lifting, and they're the ones where being strong pays off the most.

Fort Strength runs private sessions built for exactly that:

Mommy & Me Powerlifting. Baby comes with you and stays with you, in the carrier beside you while you lift. No childcare to arrange, no rushing home.

Pre & Postnatal Strength. Coached by someone with CSEP pre/postnatal certification, built around what your body is actually doing.

Youth Powerlifting. Proper coaching for younger lifters, focused on good movement and confidence under the bar.

Book as a group and it's your session, your people, up to 9. Grab a few other parents, or bring the whole family.

Opening September at Market Square. Pre-booking now. Visit the booking link here: Strength training becomes even more necessary during certain life stages, not less.
