RingFit Ringette Performance Camp would like to say thanks to all who participated the last two weekends!

We truly love ❤️ seeing you all back on the ice pushing yourself hard as you prepare for your respective Seasons!

Work Hard, Play Hard, but most importantly HAVE FUN!

Day 1 for U12/U14 + is off to a blazing 🥵 start!

RingFit had an absolute blast working with the U9/U10 Athletes last weekend!

This weekend it’s the U12/U14 Group…

Camp will run from 10:30am to 3:30pm Saturday & Sunday

Day 1 on-ice is complete & now we EAT 😀 before off-ice …

And just like that they are off & flying around the ice … 😊❤️

📣 GOALIE ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

At our U9/U10 ice times we'll have a goalie training station where the kids will get to learn the ins-and-outs of the position.

If there are any kids that want to dedicate to being a goalie this coming season they'll have the option to stay at the station for as long as they want to learn as much as they want over the weekend.

Older FYRA goalies will be on hand to act as mentors.

Our U12/U14+ ice times will have dedicated goalie training for all ice times where they'll have the opportunity to focus on finessing their game and cycle in and out of shooting stations to hone their skills

RingFit is extremely excited to announce a NEW edition to our RingFit Performance Camp Staff!!!

KATE MASTON

Kate grew up in Minto, New Brunswick and began playing ringette at the age of 7. Kate has had the opportunity to play for many local Fredericton ringette teams over the years including the Fredericton Stars and Capital Area Thunder AA. Ringette holds a very special place in Kate's heart and has met so many friends along the way. She cannot wait to share more memories and meet even more new people at our camp.

Highlights:
2013: Represented Capital Area Thunder at the 2013 Canadian Ringette National Championships

2015-2017: Represented New Brunswick at the Atlantic & Eastern Ringette Championships

2017: Represented New Brunswick at the 2017 Canadian Ringette National Championships
2017-2021: Played for Acadia Ringette at Acadia University
