Our mission is to help enrich lives through martial arts training in a safe & challenging environment We train in Sport Jujitsu and Goshen(self-defence).
Our Dojo was founded in 1994 by Master Randy Tracy whose vision was to offer a balanced program of fitness, sport and self defense. Our students are comfortable striking and grappling whether on their feet or on the ground. We look forward to assisting you in your pursuit of fitness, wellness and personal security.
