What is the best form of cardio?
It all depends.
The best form of cardio will depend on what your goals are. To lose weight or to improve your cardiovascular health.
Every piece of equipment is different, whether it be the treadmill, bike, or the stepper.
Sometimes running can be hard on your joints. In this case you could opt for something a little easier on your body like the bike machine.
All forms of cardio will burn calories, the difference lies in the amount of effort and your rate zone.
As long as you are moving at your own pace, you are headed in the right direction.

How to Bench Press.

When grabbing the bar, you want to use the same grip you would to do a push up. This will ensure you're using a grip that will produce the most force. Everybody is different, so feel free to experiment a little bit with your grip.

Make sure you bring the bar down to the middle of your sternum. Don't bring the bar down close to your neck, and don't bring it so low where it's touching your stomach. The key here is to make sure you're pressing the bar in a straight up and down motion.

Make sure your legs are planted on the ground firmly for maximum stability. Leg drive can become extremely beneficial when pressing heavier weights.
