Life happens. We are a super small business, and we have a small staff. When real life stuff happens, we have to put work on hold. This bar is my dream, and I'm so proud of what I've built with the help of my family and my staff. However, family will always come first. Since Monday - Wednesday has always been my time behind the bar, we won't be opening those days. But nothing else has changed, and we will still be operating as normal Thursday - Sunday. Our Supper Club series is just a few weeks away. First stop- Vietnam, from November 6-9th. Swiss trained, Vietnamese born Chef Darien will lead the kitchen for a 6 course set menu. Although we want there to be some surprises, we can give a sneak peek at a few dishes…..Banh Xeo, a seafood and vegetable crepe, rare beef noodle Pho soup , Bò Lúc Lắc (shaking beef tenderloin….. But there will be lots more! Reservations can be done online under the Chandler Room tab (on the Treadwell Inn website) or by emailing [email protected]. Please email if you need the entire menu for allergy or dietary restraints as there will be no substitutions available if we don’t know in advance. ( Ps we will be able to accommodate a vegetarian diet)
