Congrats to our fencers at the Quebec Youth tournament in Longueuil this weekend, with everyone making it top 10 in their events! Shout out to Ashelin, who got 🥉 bronze in U15, and Jace for coming 7th in U13 in his first Quebec tournament! Big thank you to our hosts Olympia Longueuil for another great tournament!

Beaches fencers took gold medals in Vet Women's Sabre, Vet Men's Sabre, and both AAA sabre events as well. The more difficult junior event gave us a bronze medal as well. It was a great tournament and preparation for the upcoming Canada Cup in Kingston. You can ask Flynn and Jim for stories about various yellow cards and the resurgence of the "Jim Special".

Fall season and beginner programs starting in September. For those looking to start fencing, we have classes starting on September 10th.
Wednesdays at 6pm: ages 7 to 11
Wednesdays at 7pm: ages 12 to 16

Congrats to Wendy on winning silver🥈in 50+ women's sabre at a European Circuit event in Lille, France! She beat the current world champion 10-8 in the semi-final.

Congrats to Flynn on his 9th place finish in U15 men's sabre at Nationals. He was first out of the pools, which is an absolutely amazing feat, but unfortunately lost in the round of 16, to finish 9th overall. Great job, Flynn!
