This 5-week beginner-friendly program is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of BJJ with a strong focus on practical self-defence in a supportive, welcoming environment.

We had a great time hosting a fantastic group of local Cub Scouts at Synergy BJJ earlier this week for an introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defence.
