Calling all kiddos ages 3–5 who love to perform and are ready to try something new!

Our STARS Learn to Cheer Team is the perfect place to get started with cheer and tumbling! This fun-filled group will learn a routine, work on new skills, build confidence, and prepare to perform at the CCE Showcase at the end of their term.

Join our passionate and experienced coaches for an exciting session filled with:
📣 Learning the basics of cheer
🤸‍♀️ Developing new tumbling skills
💪 Building confidence
🌟 Making new friends

Whether you’re brand new to tumbling, a dancer looking to add new skills, or an athlete ready to level up, we’d love to have you join us!

Our 4-week tumbling term is all about learning new skills, building strength, technique, consistency, and confidence!

📅 CLASS DATES:
• September 28
• October 5
• October 19
• October 26

45-minute sessions
$60 + tax for the 4-week term
Groups will be formed and lesson times will be assigned no later than September 12

Everyone who registers will get a spot! Athletes will be grouped based on their current skills and experience so they can learn and grow with others at a similar level.

WOW! Our Parent Team really jumped in FULL FORCE last night! 🎉

We absolutely LOVE the vibes, energy, and fun that comes from sharing the cheer experience with our amazing parents and adults coming out of retirement!

Some are trying cheer for the very first time, while others are retired cheerleaders from another era, and let’s just say, cheerleading has changed A LOT!

We’re so excited to share their child’s favourite sport with them and watch them learn, laugh, challenge themselves, and have an absolute blast along the way! 🥰

Ready to start your allstar cheerleading journey? ✨ Our Half-Year Prep teams are the perfect introduction to Capital City Elite!

No experience needed! Athletes ages 4–12 will learn a fun routine while building a strong foundation in:
🤸 Tumbling
📣 Stunting
⭐ Jumps
💃 Dance

With one practice per week, our Prep program offers a lower time and financial commitment while still giving athletes the full allstar experience!

Athletes will:
✨ Perform at the CCE Showcase
🏆 Compete in the Prep division at 3 New Brunswick competitions
💙 Build skills, confidence, teamwork, and friendships
