Here’s another big shout out to FBF athlete Speedskater Liam Tao! Liam just returned from Quebec where he won not 1 but 2 gold and a silver🥈 in his 3 races. He set multiple personal bests as well.

Now that the dust has settled I wanted to send a shout out to these 3 provincial championship teams that FBF trained this year. I’ve been training ESA and the FHS boys teams for about 8 years and they consistently contend for the provincial title. The young guns who Mike King coaches with his son Oliver as a younger version of him as a player are going to be a fun group to watch over the next 5 years if they stick together. At 11-12 years old they’re doing the same type of training as the 16-17 year olds and with equally as much passion and effort! I’m proud to play a role in their ongoing success!

Another FBF athlete doing amazing things on the National stage! 👏🏼 Big shout out to Liam Tao who finished 2nd in Canada in the 300 meter National (13U) Finals!! FBF is proud to have played a role in his ongoing success!!

We’re excited to announce FBF athlete Charlee Hall has committed to play 🏀 for the St Thomas Tommies next season. Charlee has been travelling an hour each way from Woodstock for the last 3 years to get stronger and faster. Well…it’s paid off! And since we train the STU basketball teams she will get to continue to train with us! Congrats Charlee!!
