2. You’ve been invited to a tryout for Phoenix and / or Valour teams.
3. Thank you for trying out but you have not been selected to continue with a link to Spartans House League.

1. We now have a great 18U Phoenix Coaches with Ryan and Riza! We are looking for a few more coaches to round out our teams with assistant coaches. We pay for coaching certifcation, expenses for travel and a stipend at the end of the VNB Season in December. These positions are lower time committment.

Tryouts for the 2026/27 season are taking place between September 2 - 10 and we need lots of volunteers to help with net set-up and athlete check-in/numbering.

Tonights Schedule

We tried to keep things the same as last night but we have different venues tonight. Thank you to everyone expecially our coaches for your flexability and time, it was a busy day yesterday. We hope open gyms went well that we are preparing athletes for their best tryouts! See you tonight.

**URGENT CHANGES for Open Gyms***

We were notified this morning that due to the power outage last week maintaince work needs to be completed at the Fieldhouse and this venue would be unavialable for Monday and Tuesday.

As a result we have had to move a lot of gyms and courts. If you have questions concerning attendance, tryouts or refunds, please email [email protected] Tuesday Schedule to come, thank you in advance for your time and paitence and thank you to UNB, FCA and Jarrett with City Rec. for helping us get this rescheduled.

NOTE: Times have changed for many groups and please notice groups and aphabetical order to split evenly.
