Opening Ceremony | Pan American Black Bass Championship 2024

Practice for the upcoming Pan-American Black Bass Championship has sure paid off with a 1st place finish with 16.94lbs at the NB Bass Tour Nackawic Open on the Saint John River launching at Destination Nackawic . Congrats to all the competitors who hung in there on a tough day.

Brandon Landry and I steped to the plate to battle it out against the top sticks in the maritimes and we sure had our work cut out for us fishing this tricky transitioning system. But hard work, focus and dedication to the sport will reward you when you least expect it. Full Send!

Congratulations to all the teams who competed in this weekends New Brunswick Sport Fishing Association - NBSFA 2 day Woodstock event and all the volunteers who helped out with the kids tournament.

Tackling this team event solo I pushed myself to the edges of exhaustion on day 1 with 50km+ winds, no practice and a run and gun approach to find the right fish as they enter fall transition.
Well needless to say I could not find them, day 1 or 2. This is fishing, you have to take the highs with the lows, no matter how bad things get you have to push on, process, regroup and get back out there. This is the way!

Just over 3 weeks out from the 2024 Pan-American's on the same body of water. The biggest fishing event to ever hit the shores if New Brunswick, Canada. We still need Boat Marshal volunteers to make this a success, sign up and join us for the big WIN!

The Canada Bass 2nd Annual PRO-AM fund raiser was a complete success!
The accommodations, food, and service provided by Beachwood Resort was second to none and you can be sure all involved had a total blast and will surely be back next year. BIG thank you to all our boaters / non- boaters for your support.

2x collapsed tents, vomiting, extream heat, monsoon style rain, vehicle issues and funky post spawn bass makes for one heck of a trial by fire.
Keep to the path, trust in yourself and remain positive, and never give up. Persevere through the hardships and you will be stronger in the long run.
Nothing in this world comes easy, the work will pay off.

Huge thanks to Joe Ford Fishing, and Linda Lou Ford for putting up with me for the week. Your dedication to the sport of fishing will ensure a future for all anglers.

It's GO time for the 2nd Annual Canada Bass Pro-Am hosted by the beautiful Beachwood Resort.
Practice was quite tough with high heat and heavy rain but the weather looks perfect for today, we only need 5 good bites!
Positive vibes to all the team members who steped up to raise funds for our Pan-Am and World's competitions this year and huge thank you to all our non-boaters for your generosity and support.
