Today we completed floor #215 which was not on the radar back in 2022 when we built our first home with volunteers in Marcel’s backyard.

Congratulations and a huge thank you to our amazing construction crew and partners who helped along the way.

This unit is going to Saint John to complete our third courtyard there.

1,200 homes and $300 million. We are excited to see this announcement today, and the clear priority and collaboration between the Federal and Provincial governments to help create more affordable housing.

We’re excited to share that our 3rd Neighbourly Homes transitional housing courtyard in Saint John will open on March 31 — another meaningful step toward creating safe, supportive spaces for people rebuilding their lives.

As we prepare to welcome participants, we’re still on the hunt for a superstar Manager to help lead this incredible community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who believes in dignity, connection, and the power of community to change lives.
