Hanshi Alain Sailly is from France; he is a 9th Dan Goshindo Jujitsu master and the international ambassador for the World Kobudo Federation, known for traveling globally to teach and share his martial arts expertise, often visiting Canada and other countries for seminars.

Goshindo (or Goshin-Do, Goshin Jutsu) is a Japanese term meaning "The Way of Self-Defense," a practical martial art system blending techniques from Karate, Judo, Aikido, Jujutsu, and Kobudo (weapons) to create effective self-protection, focusing on flow, coordination, and mental balance, developed within specific lineages like Kuniba-ha Sh*to-Ryu Karate. It emphasizes practical self-defense through strikes, joint locks, throws, and weapon work, aiming for holistic personal development beyond just combat.
