📣 15U FEMALE TRYOUT UPDATE

The East Coast Mavericks have made an adjustment to our 15U Female Tryout Schedule, including the addition of a fifth tryout session.

With a large and competitive group of athletes still under consideration, we felt that additional evaluation time was needed to ensure athletes have a full opportunity to be evaluated. The added session also helps accommodate ongoing scheduling conflicts with other tryouts.

The East Coast Mavericks are making an exciting adjustment to our plans for the 2026–2027 season!

We have made the decision to expand our 12U team eligibility to include 13U athletes. The team will now be formed with athletes from both age groups and will compete together at the 13U level this season.

Our focus will be on creating a fun, positive environment where athletes can learn the game, develop their skills, build confidence, make new friendships, and grow their love for volleyball.

Athletes only need to attend one tryout to be considered, although attending both provides our coaches with more opportunities to evaluate each athlete.

Already registered for 12U tryouts? No action is required. Your registration remains valid.

We are excited to officially introduce the Assistant Coach for our 2026–2027 15U Female Competitive Team!

Please join us in congratulating Isabelle Scholten on her appointment as Assistant Coach.

Entering her second season of club volleyball coaching, Isabelle brings four years of middle school volleyball coaching experience, along with coaching and leadership experience in soccer and handball. She is passionate about athlete development and is committed to helping young athletes build confidence, develop their technical skills, and grow as teammates both on and off the court.

Isabelle's dedication to creating a positive, supportive, and competitive learning environment reflects the Mavericks' commitment to providing athletes with a structured atmosphere where they can continue to develop, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential.

Isabelle is excited to join the 15U coaching staff this season and looks forward to helping establish the standard of excellence, work ethic, and team-first culture that defines the East Coast Mavericks Volleyball Club.

We are officially less than a week away from the start of our 17U Female Tryout Evaluation Sessions and the beginning of the East Coast Mavericks’ inaugural 2026–27 competitive season!

At the 17U level, our focus is on building a highly competitive team of senior athletes who are ready to challenge themselves and take their game to the next level. As experienced players, these athletes bring years of development to the court, and with tryouts just around the corner, we’re excited to see them compete, showcase their abilities, and earn their place as part of the inaugural 2026–27 Mavericks season.

At East Coast Mavericks, our focus at the 17U level is on preparing athletes to perform at their highest level while continuing to develop the leadership, resilience, and competitive mindset that will serve them both on and off the court. We believe that setting the standard begins with disciplined training, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Our 17U program is designed for athletes who are ready to challenge themselves, compete against some of the province's top competition, and help establish the culture and expectations that future Mavericks will strive to achieve.
