Teddy in the Woods

It's been a crazy six days for Teddy in the woods. My guides have been on top of the birds. Vera and Rad enjoyed a cozy ground blind with Kyle calling in a beautiful Jake for Rad. Guide Waylon Donovan messaged saying they had a gobbler down before most of the turkeys left the roost!

Apparently, you’re not supposed to post your outdoors card numbers ha! So here’s the new post Mr. Tedford himself on the board silly bu**er.!

With all the excitement happening, head guide Waylon Donovan had the day off and had the itch to chase the thunder chickens before the storm. Not only was he successful, but he also put himself in the top spot for Teddy in the Woods' biggest bird so far, 26 pounds.

Day two is absolutely electric! Three birds down before most people finish their coffee, and we’re nowhere near slowing down—fourth hunter loading up and heading back into the woods this afternoon.

Opening day... thank you for always being prosperous and giving. a morning that makes our clients smile for days, and we at Teddy in the Woods are proud to open the season with a bang…or 4! Great shooting to everyone!

The stage is set; the mood is determined. The weather is cloudy with a chance of turkey, which is an understatement. I eat, dream, feel, spit, and call turkeys. This is my dream, my stage. Let's do this, Teddy in the woods, on 3, 2, 1, go!!!! Teddy in the woods!!!!!!

Turkey season is two days away. The stages are set. The birds are in motion. Saturday cannot come soon enough!!!! Get your game faces on, everyone; it's almost turkey time!!!!

That’s a wrap on the first native hunt! Ended their weekend with 73 geese 6 ducks a chicken from my brothers place and a bucket of yellow perch It safe to say eveyone is going home happy we will see you Eric Innes Hunter for turkey !!
