After receiving the People’s Choice Award at Candance Competition Nationals in Ottawa, we were given the incredible opportunity to choose a charity to receive a $1,000 donation; and we couldn’t think of a more meaningful organization than Harmony House.
Harmony House Women's Shelter is one of Ottawa’s second-stage shelters for women and children fleeing domestic violence. They provide safe housing, care, support, and essential resources to help individuals remove themselves from potentially dangerous situations and begin rebuilding their lives in safety.
Approximately 70% of Harmony House’s funding relies on charitable donations, making community support essential to the incredible work they do.
We are so grateful to Candance for allowing this award to become something bigger than a trophy - an opportunity to give back, create positive change, and make an impact within our community.
To our dancers: your art, your voices, and your courage have helped carry this message far beyond the stage. We could not be prouder. ❤️

Quel honneur et quel plaisir pour nos danseurs de performer au Festival des Montgolfières! Nous avons passé un moment incroyable sur scène et sommes tellement fiers de nos danseurs! 🤍

💃 « Aye Caramba » — jazz, chorégraphié par Valérie Lizé 
🔥 « Breezy Bowl » — ligne hip-hop, chorégraphiée par Artem Tikhonenko 
⚡ « Tempo Fever » — ligne jazz, chorégraphiée par Anisa Saouab
