It's a beautiful morning and the patio is all dry, which means this morning's yoga class is going ahead. See you at 8:30 :)

Unfortunately, the weather has cancelled this afternoon's yoga class in Kemptville. Looks like tomorrow afternoon is a 'go', but the 8:30am class is iffy. I'll make a call at 7:30 am.

It's Tuesday, so it must be raining. So, Mother Nature is cancelling tonight's 5:00pm class on St. Paul's University's lawn.

8:30am gentle yoga tomorrow morning & 3pm Akhanda yoga. See you then 😊

The regular class schedule resumes today! We've got sun & shade & sunscreen... Take your pick :)
