Congratulations to our amazing women’s physique athlete Jul Tracey for getting first place at the OTTAWA NATURAL CLASSIC 🥇

Julianna is an incredible athlete to work with, extremely dedicated, and over the course of this prep she lost a total of 35lbs!

This prep was special. She came in with a great foundation of muscle already built, and week after week she just kept leaning out; clean, consistent progress the whole way through. Then came the curveball: an injury that took away her training AND her cardio for the final stretch of prep. She trusted the process, adjusted what she could control, and walked on stage in insane shape anyway. That’s the mindset of a true athlete 🎯

So proud of what she pulled out this prep, and this is just the beginning. Can’t wait to see what her next season brings. Time to reverse and eventually start the growth season; version 2.0 loading. Proud of you! Let’s get it! 📈✨
