Your local CrossFit Affiliate We are Georgetown's first and only officially affiliated CrossFit facility.

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. If it doesn't say CrossFit - it's not CrossFit.

Thank you to everyone who came out and completed Murph with us this year. Every single year this event reminds us just how special this community really is.

From first-timers tackling their very first Murph, to members pushing through the full workout, to those cheering, scaling, running alongside friends, and simply showing up to support — this day is about so much more than fitness. It’s about community, resilience, and the willingness to do hard things together.

The Fitness Hall continues to prove that strength is not just about lifting weight or finishing fast. Real strength is encouraging the person beside you, showing up when things get uncomfortable, and supporting each other through every mile, rep, and challenge along the way.

Watching the gym full of people working hard, laughing, suffering a little, and celebrating together is exactly why this tradition means so much to us every year.

Thank you for making Murph 2026 such an incredible day. We are so proud of this community and grateful to be part of it.

MURPH is here 🇨🇦🔥

The Fitness Hall community is taking on Murph this Monday, May 18th — and you’re invited to be part of it.

This is a tradition in our community, something we come together to do every year on Victoria Day weekend. It’s about showing up, pushing yourself, and doing it side by side.

The workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

💥 New to it? No problem.
We’ll have a Half Murph option and scaling for everything — this is accessible to everyone. Come out and do what you can.

⏰ Join us anytime between 8:00am – 10:00am
Give yourself about 60 minutes of working time to complete your version.

We’ve been putting in the work for weeks… now it’s time.

Our next 6-week session kicks off May 25th at The Fitness Hall 💪

🕙 Morning Class: Mondays at 10:00 AM
🌆 Evening Class: Mondays at 5:30 PM

Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or still dealing with leakage or weakness years later, this class was built for you.

Led by a registered pelvic floor physiotherapist, our small-group (female-only) program helps you:
