Dear Miss Jessica,
Its a bitter-sweet end of an era! We will miss you A LOT but we are so excited to see you moving on to your next chapter in life!
It has been a pleasure to watch you grow up at Center Stage as a beautiful competitive dancer, assistant and finally a ceritified dance teacher. You exemplified leadership at a young age and always lead with kindness, maturity, great work ethic and a giant smile.
We were so happy to welcome you back after university…where you taught dance while finishing your education to become a school teacher.
You have been an incredible team member who always jumps in to lend a hand wherever needed. Your students adore you. Your classes are fun and engaging, your choreo is entertaining and well suited for each dancer. Thank you for being SO involved and adding SO much value to our program.

Years, down the road when we are teaching the next generation on how to be leaders and how to be successful, your name will be mentioned as a perfect example of how to do it, and do it well. We are incredibly proud of you and very grateful for everything♥️

Goodbyes are never easy, so its a “til next time” rather than goodbye!

Miss Allison, both our students and faculty have been incredibly fortunate with the boat loads of passion, knowledge, history, information and transformation that you’ve not only brought to our school but to the entire competitive dance landscape in the GTA as a whole. There have been major shifts in Tap education in the last decade and you have played a pivotal role. We are so proud and glad to have claimed you as our own for so many years.
Thank you for passing on your passion.
Thank you for your dedication.
Thank you for investing in the lives of each of your students…we always say that these kids learn more than just dance steps…and you are the perfect example of that! You have taught our dancers how to be a good friend and human, how to take class effectively and appreciate so many aspects of music, history and dance!
Thank you for everything! You will be missed♥️

We are still in awe of the magic of the Beyond the Stage charity show✨

What a celebration of a years worth of hard work! Our competitive dancers delivered an outstanding performance and our grads raised an impressive $8000 for the ✨

We loved having most of our staff backstage cheering everyone on✨

One of the things that we are most proud of is the culture and values that Center Stage and everyone involved both currently and through the years has contributed to. It’s a place where kids grow in so many ways beyond simple dance steps. Many friendships forged and core memories made that will last a lifetime and we are honoured to be a small part of that.✨

Kudos to our entire TEAM✨🫶🏻

Love our community! ♥️

Today was a special day. Yes, it was wonderful to receive a significant donation from Center Stage School of the Arts, but we were also rejuvenated by the spirit of this dance studio.

Claudia and Kelly have built a studio that goes beyond dance. They absolutely celebrate their dance wins but they take special pride in their community giving. They celebrate giving and the values passed onto their young people. We could not be more proud to be connected to their studio.

Personally, we cannot express how wonderful it feels to see our message shared in such a public way. We are working to promote inclusion in many ways - be it at work, at home, at play or in school, there are ways that we can all be connected to creating a world that celebrates acceptance and belonging for all.

We are just getting started and are so grateful to everyone who has shared our journey with us. We began through loss but are moving that loss to a place that has made room for others. It is a big ask and hope, but removing barriers to inclusion for persons with disabilities is our goal.

The very big issues of hiring, accommodations, and accessibility need to be tackled, but we would like to speak for a second on the personal side of inclusion. We dream of a world that first sees the person, and tackling social isolation is always on our minds. If we focus on learning, and teaching others how to create a sense of belonging, so much else will follow.

Finally, we are so pleased to thank and recognize the Senior Graduating class of Center Stage. Your efforts were tireless, we watch as you championed us in your fundraising. Calling you awesome just isn’t enough.

Thank you to Center Stage School of the Arts, you have made a difference.
