Lobster & Scallops in Garlic Cream Sauce

Succulent lobster and tender sea scallops simmered in a rich garlic cream sauce with hints of lemon and Parmesan—this seafood dish feels like fine dining at home, ready in under 30 minutes!

RECIPE:

2 lobster tails (about 6 oz each), meat removed and chopped
1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Method:

Step 1:
Pat scallops dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cut lobster meat into bite-size pieces.

Step 2:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Sear scallops for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 3:
Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and garlic to the same skillet. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 4:
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer sauce 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 5:
Return lobster and scallops to the skillet. Simmer 2–3 minutes, coating the seafood in the creamy garlic sauce until heated through.

Step 6:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread for soaking up the sauce.

Honey Whiskey Glazed Pork Bites with Smoky Sweet Kick

Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, whiskey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Place the pork bites in a large bowl and pour the honey whiskey glaze over them, tossing to coat evenly. Marinate the pork in the glaze for at least 30 minutes. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork bites until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the pork to a baking dish and pour any remaining glaze over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy these Honey Whiskey Glazed Pork Bites with a smoky sweet kick as a delicious appetizer or main dish!
